This coming year, District officer and staff elections will be taking place. It is imperative that we have your current mailing address on file, since the official notice of the election is sent via US Postal Services. This is the form of notification approved by the Department of Labor and therefore, this will be the method that you will be advised of dates, times and locations of nominations and elections. If you have not received a copy of our newsletter within the past few months, most likely we do not have a current address for you.
We have made it easy for you to update your address. All you need to do is go to the District website – www.iamdl142.org and on the left side of the home page is a place for you to enter your current address. Enter your current address and employer; we will update our records to show your correct address. You can also call the District at 816-452-6646 and give the office your address.
