General Chair Jackie Fay meets with Southern California Chief Shop Steward Rachael Ackerman and the Alaska Airlines Customer Service Agents in SNA (Orange County, CA) on Wednesday, November 4th. Jackie updated our IAM Members on the status of the upcoming HMO Arbitration as well as any open grievances.
During her Station Visit, informational discussions also took place to explain any unanswered questions regarding upcoming Health Care Options, Uniform Changes as well as anything else the Members wanted to discuss.
