On April 4, the joint Alaska/Virgin America seniority integration team will be meeting with Joshua Javits, the selected neutral arbitrator to discuss the merging of the two airline’s seniority roster into one roster. During this meeting, Arbitrator Javits will explain his process to the team and the team will explain any concerns they may have for him to consider. Once this meeting is concluded, Arbitrator Javits will be posting a notice to explain his process and give instructions to all members who have specific concerns or issues they want him to consider in his establishing of the combined roster.
