- The company has proposed to increase the wage scale for all employees per the attached wage scale.
- In addition to the increase in the wage scale, the company agrees to modify Article 33 as follows:
Subject to the Ratification of this agreement for employees who are over scale after the amended agreement as of 10/1/16 or amended date, a quarterly bonus of $150.00 will be paid in the first paycheck following the end of the quarter.
For employees who become over scale after 10/1/16, the $150.00 bonus which will be paid in the first paycheck following the end of each quarter. To be eligible to receive the bonus the employee must be over scale from the beginning day of the quarter to the last day of the quarter.
The quarterly bonuses are for the term of this contact.
- The company proposes to change the amendable contract date from 3/31/2017 to 3/31/2019.
- The company proposes to change the language on article 26, page 38, “Insurance and Hospitalization”, “For all full time employees hired after 2/1/2015” to read:
(b) Full time employees hired after 2/1/15 will be offered single coverage after ninety (90) days of employment. Employees are eligible for single coverage with the employee contributing 22% of the full cost of the policy, plus may move to the employee + 1 coverage or family coverage with the employee paying 28% of the full cost of the policy.
