ALLIED AVIATION FUELING – EWR

The Company and the IAMAW met December 8, 2016 at Allied Aviation’s office at EWR. The discussion topic was the ability to hire and retain employees at EWR.   In addition to retention, the increase in the number of delays was also given as a reason for this increase – the need to keep qualified personnel.  The Company is very concerned that if they cannot reduce the delays, the airlines would push for a new vendor in the station.  Present for the Company were Assistant Vice President Edward Rose and Brian Xavier. Present for the Union were Special Representatives Mike Manzo, John Werkmeister, and General Chair Jerry Lemke.

The IAMAW agreed to change the pay scale effective January 1, 2017 as below:
