Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company for a new collective bargaining agreement on Tuesday August 9, 10 and 11, 2016. This was the third round of negotiations. Present for the Company were Assistant Vice President Edward Rose, Brian Xavier and Richard Griffiths General Manager. Present for the Union were Special Representatives Mike Manzo and John Werkmeister, General Chair Jerry Lemke, Negotiating Committee Members Jose Caudillo and Manual Nieves.
At this time we are waiting for the Company to release the insurance information to the IAMAW National Benefit Trust Fund.
All other Articles have been Tentatively Agreed to.
