On May 10, 2017, the employees at Allied Aviation SAT ratified a tentative agreement by a majority of the members voting. The new contract will be in effect on the date of ratification (DOR) May 10, 2017 and become amendable on March 1, 2019. Highlights of the tentative agreement are as follows:
- Pay scale increases
- All Employees will receive signing bonus
- Improved bereavement leave
- 401K match up to 3%
