The current IAMAW / Atlantic Aviation (PHL) Collective Bargaining Agreement becomes amendable on June 15, 2015. Accordingly, a call for proposals to amend the existing contract is now in order.
Proposed changes are to be submitted separately on a contract proposal form, which can be obtained from your shop stewards or through the District 142 website:
The proposal form must contain the following information:
- Identify the article and paragraph to be amended
- Proposed contract language change or modification
- Example of problem or reason for change
- Each proposal change must have your name, signature and IAM Book number
When submitting more than one proposal change, each change must be submitted on a separate form. All proposed changes must be submitted to your Chief Steward, Chris Beurket or to the District 142 New York Office at: 181 South Franklin Street, Suite 604, Valley Stream, N.Y. 1158, no later than May 20, 2015.
