ExpressJet Flight Attendants: Employee Travel

United EmployeeRes is currently showing very high charges for flight attendants for travel in 2017.  We have addressed this with the Company and this is being caused by a glitch in their system, which is expected to be resolved later in December 2016.

However, we realize this could cause issues regarding the ERJ Conscientious Reporting/Commuter Clause which was also discussed with the Company.  As a resolution to this issue we have agreed to the following:

Due to this issue, ERJ flight attendants will not be required to actually list for January 2017 flights for the purposes of fulfilling their Conscientious Reporting/Commuter Clause requirements until United has resolved the issue.

While ERJ flight attendants will not be required to actually list until the United travel issue is resolved, they are still required to provide PBTs showing seats available for two flights and boarding passes printed at the airport for two flights scheduled to arrive at least one hour prior to their showtime in order to fulfill their Conscientious Reporting/Commuter Clause requirements.

Once the issue has been resolved on EmployeeRes we will resume the normal requirements for listing for flights to fulfill the Conscientious Reporting/Commuter Clause requirements.

Should United not have this issue resolved as expected we will meet and discuss further remedies that may be necessary.
