Your negotiation committee met with ExpressJet the week of June 21, 2017 in Springfield Missouri.
Your committee remains frustrated that the company continues to drag these negotiations with no reasonable proposal on Section 3, (compensation) and Section 10 (OJI).
It has been made clear to the company that parity is our end goal for Section 3 and we are not willing to negotiate a concessionary agreement.
We continue to wait for a response from the National Mediation Board (NMB) regarding our proffer.
The mediator has not assigned any future dates.
It is important now more than ever to remain in solidarity. Solidarity is Victory!
