Good Afternoon:
With Tropical Storm Hermine being upgraded to a Hurricane and making landfall in Florida today, there have been some accommodation changes in the following cities: VPS, ECP and TLH. Our long overnight locations will be moved to airport locations or those that are further inland.
The Company has called each hotel to verify evacuation and emergency procedures as well as backup power sources in the event of an emergency. For those of you with these overnights, you will be contacted directly or via pinpoint message on your schedule. Tentatively, crew members will be moved today, September 1, 2016 through September 3, 2016.
