Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company April 20-24, 2015. Representing the membership was Grand Lodge Representative Thomas Regan; District 142 President and Directing General Chair Dave Supplee; General Chair Randy Griffith; Grievance Committee Chairman Dave Figueira; LL 1979 President Brian Simonson and Shop Steward Randall Bangay. For the Company was VP Employee/Labor Relations Karen Berry; Maintenance and Engineering, Lance Higa; HA Finance, Stefan Knoepfel and Sr. Contract Administrators Keao Mattos and Aaron Iga.
During this round of negotiations the parties performed a comprehensive review of all open proposals in an effort to gauge where the parties stand on the issues and open dialogue in order to reach an agreement on each of the proposals. While there is still a lot of ground to cover, meaningful dialogue took place and progress was made.
It is through your solidarity and support of the Negotiations Committee that this progress was and can continue to be made going forward.
Future negotiations are scheduled for: May 11-15, 2015; June 8-12, 2015 and July 13-17, 2015.
