We cannot stress enough, how important it is to keep clear lines of communication open between yourself and your IAM Union Rep(s). Once again, we are pleased to report a 4-figure pay out for one of our Flight Attendants in IAH. This has been a steadfast pursuit of reclaiming what was owed. This could not have been possible if our Flight Attendant and the IAM reps had not remained on the same page, patient, and protective of our contract.
