The IAM/ Signature Flight Support – IAD Agreement becomes amendable on August 31, 2015. Accordingly a call for proposed contract changes is now in order.
Proposed changes are to be submitted separately on a contract proposal form, which can be obtained from your committee Tom Goba, Alex Osei, or William (Rerun) Robinson and must contain the following information:
- Identify the article and paragraph to be amended.
- Proposed contract language change or modification.
- Example of problem or reason for change.
- Each proposal change must have your name, signature and IAM book number
When submitting more than one proposal change, each change must be submitted on a separate form.
All proposed changes must be submitted to one of your committee members no later than July 24, 2015
