The parties where scheduled to meet for Negotiations on August 2, 3 and 4, 2017 at the La Quinta Inn and Suites, Appleton, Wisconsin.  Present for the Company were Jeffery Bethune, VP; Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources; Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager  and Jessica MontMarquette, Employee Relations Manager.  Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.

Your Committee passed a Comprehensive Proposal that included the following Articles:   Article 5 Work Classifications, Article 6 Uniforms and Appearance Standards, Article 7 Technical Stores-Salary and its Administration, Article 8 Hours of Service (Re-opened), Article 9 Part-Time Employees, Article 10 Payment of Overtime, Article 11 Holidays, Article 12 Vacation, Article 15 Sick Leave, Article 18 Furloughed employees, Article 19 General and Miscellaneous, Article 20 Retirement, Article 21 Insurance, Article 23 Maintenance of Benefits, Article 31 Longevity, Article 34 Effective Date and Duration, Article TBD-B Technical Stores Employees Uniforms, Article TBD-C Premiums and all LOA’s.

The following morning Jeff and Tina expressed their displeasure with your Committee’s pass. The Company cancelled the rest of the week’s negotiation sessions.

Negotiations will resume on September 12, 13 and 14, 2017 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
