Brothers and Sisters,

The parties met for Negotiations on January 24, 25, and 26, 2017 at the La Quinta Inn and Suites Appleton, Wisconsin.   Present for the Company were Tina Vos, Managing Director Human Resources, Katherine Lessard, Tech Stores Ops Manager, and Ashley Krueger and Jessica Mont Marquetie, Employee Relations Manager.  Present for the Union were Jerry Lemke, General Chair, and Negotiating Committee Members, Sartchander Vemuri, and Mark Holtz.

Several proposals were exchanged between the parties, including Articles 6, 7, 8 reopened, 15, 17, 18, 19,  TBD “A” Article on Appearance Standards and TBD “C” Premiums. Cost items are now open.   Discussions centered on full explanations behind each proposal.  Dialogue between the parties was again positive and constructive.  The following Articles where tentatively agreed upon 8 and 17 this session.

Due to scheduling issues, negotiations will resume on April 4, 5, and 6, 2017 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin;  May 2, 3, and 4 in Appleton, Wisconsin;  June 27, 28, and 29 in Appleton, Wisconsin.
