It is with a heavy heart that we notify you that our IAM Sister Crystal McDowell was reported missing last Friday before any flooding began in the Houston area. It has been reported that she was last seen wearing a pink/purple dress and her last known whereabouts were in the Mt Belvieu or Baytown, Texas area. Her car is also missing and it is a black Mercedes C class, license plate HBB-6351.
Crystal is a loving mother to two young children. She is a tremendously loved and respected member and adored by her coworkers and family alike. Please keep your eyes open and share this information on social media.
