During the week of October 13, 2014 the IAM and your negotiating committee met with the company and reached a tentative agreement for a new collective bargaining
agreement. The ratification vote will be conducted on October 24, 2014 at the work place. The voting will be from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at that time, all contract changes will be
explained and you will have an opportunity to ask questions prior to voting.
