As most of you are aware on November 8, 2016 voters in Arizona passed Proposition 206 which raises the minimum wage and provides for Company paid sick leave. The Company had previously given the Union Negotiators their “Last Best and Final” proposal that did not meet either of these minimums required by this new law. This has now reopened discussions on Wages, Leaves of Absence, and Healthcare. We will keep you informed as we work through these issues.
