As you are aware, we announced last week a Tentative Agreement between Swissport Fueling and your negotiating committee. This agreement includes improvements in work rules, hours of service, working conditions, and benefits and wages. Additionally, this agreement will guarantee access to a grievance procedure to resolve disputes going forward. Without this agreement, there are no improvements or protections.
Copies of the Agreement are being issued this week and each employee will need to sign for their copy. If you have not been issued a copy please contact your steward or supervisor. Please take the time to read the Agreement and take note of any questions you might have. Bring your questions to an informational meeting and get answers before you vote.

INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS AND VOTING FOR MEMBERS:
Location: Crowne Plaza Phoenix Hotel – Located on the N.E. corner of 44th Street & Washington (across from the Light Rail Station).
Date: March 21st (Tuesday) and March 22nd (Wednesday)
Time: Group Informational Meetings at 7:30am, 12:00pm (noon), and
4:00pm both days – If you can’t make a meeting stop by to ask your questions and vote anytime between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
VOTING: 7:30am – 5:30pm both days
Ballots to be counted after polls close March 22, 2017 at 5:30 pm. Come witness the count.
