Brothers and Sisters,

Here is an update regarding some of the issues related to COVID-19:

Crew Rooms

In addition to the normal daily cleaning routine, each janitorial provider now has increased focus on maintaining supply levels of soaps and paper towel products. Daily disinfecting of surfaces in common areas and common touch points such as; restrooms, crew rooms (tables, vending machine buttons, coffee makers, etc.), door handles, handrails, elevator buttons.

The majority of the daily cleaning/sanitizing activity is occurring in the late evening hours when the space is less or zero occupancy.

The solution/cleaning agent that is being used to disinfect is for COVID-19.

We are encouraging all members to report to Inflight management, IAM Safety Reps and IAM Grievance Reps if locations/items don’t seem to be addressed, and we can follow up with the janitorial staff.

RGT

Many of you have voiced concerns regarding social distancing while in RGT during this time. The Company has suspended classes through April 17th. The Company will continue to assess the situation to determine if further cancellations are necessary.
