Sisters and Brothers:
Since the tentative agreement failed to ratify, General Grievances 41 & 42 are still pending and we are in the process of moving them forward to arbitration.
We are continuing to prepare our case to support our position that the Company has violated LOA 18 by providing other work groups increases in compensation greater than 6.78% without returning concessions to the Flight Attendant group.
Once we have an arbitrator and a date assigned we will let you know.
